Sunday, June 26- 8:00 Meet in the circle drive to begin loading vans
8:30 Receive a blessing and send-off during worship
9:30 Get on the road
6:30 Estimated Arrival time in Omaha, Nebraska (6.5 hours, 418 miles)
Monday, June 27- 7:30 Paint and help with landscaping projects around St. Luke’s.
11:00 Depart St. Luke’s for North Platte, Nebraska.
5:00 Estimated arrival time in North Platte. (4 hours, 279 miles)
5:30 Serve dinner to homeless men and women through The Connection in downtown North Platte.
7:30 Set up camp near Lake Maloney in North Platte, Nebraska.
Tuesday, June 28- 9:00 Depart North Platte for Denver, Colorado.
2:00 Estimated time of arrival in Denver (3.75 hours, 262 miles).
3:00 Interact with and serve residents at Bethany Rehabilitation Center and Nursing Home.
5:30 Settle in to church, make dinner :)
6:30 Explore Denver!!
Wednesday, June 29- 8:00 – 4:00 Volunteer at Wilderness on Wheels.
Thursday, June 30- 7:00 – 1:30 White-Water Rafting with the Clear Creek Rafting Company.
4:00 Volunteer Option: Free HUGS!, Volunteer at Arvada Community Food Bank, Volunteer at Food Bank at the Rockies pr purchase and plant flowers around the Ed Judy Home.
6:00 Youth decide whether to camp or stay another night at the church.
Friday, July 1- 9:00 – 12:00 Serve at the Denver Ronald McDonald House
12:30 Get on the road back to the midwest.
11:00 Lights out wherever the group decides, possibly Lincoln, Nebraska.
Saturday, July 2- The great ROCK RACE! RACE stands for Random Acts of Caring and Evangelism.
5:00 Worship at Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines. (Tiffany’s old church)
8:00 Stay overnight in the city of the student’s choice. (possibly at a hotel)
Sunday, July 3- Get on the road home!! Depending where students decide to stay the night before will determine what time we get on the road.
11:00 Estimated time of arrival back to Our Savior’s!!
